One boy, one sack, a dying river. Pick it clean, fill the Kachra meter, unlock tools, hire a crew, buy machines, get in the papers, and turn one sack into a company. But the town keeps growing, and so does its garbage. Day after day, night after night.
Inspired by the news of young people cleaning India's rivers by hand, like Bittu Tabahi on the Ajnar in Biaora. Sonu, the town, the people and every number here are made up. Legal

Sonu can't swim: the deep middle is off limits until you have a boat. Floaters drift downstream and leave for good. Your sack holds 12 kg: walk into the green Kachra Point to sell it.
Everything you (and your crew) bring in fills the Kachra meter. Each level unlocks new kit, crew and machines, and the town grows, so more garbage comes in.
Money comes from the recycler, sponsors and later contracts and grants. Crew wages and machine upkeep are paid every morning. Reels bring followers; fame brings newspaper stories, volunteers and money.
Build dustbins, a flower bin, a drain screen and a sign on the yellow rings. Talk people out of throwing their bags: be kind, it works better. At night, watch for tractors dumping on the far bank.
At level 6 form River Rebel Pvt Ltd: hire more, take loans, contracts and grants, and let the machines do the work.
